YCC#17 ACP Untitled Book Fair

October 29th - 30th, 2016
11-5pm Saturday
12-4pm Sunday

This year ACP is launching its very first Photobook Fair on Saturday Oct 29th & 30th at the Atlanta Contemporary. Young Collectors Club ATL is sponsoring a table to present books published by the ACP Ones 2 Watch Artists, providing a platform for them to sell their books.

There are 72 artists who have been curated into the OTW roster since 2010. These talented emerging and established artists are all on the top of their game. They are doing great work, winning international book awards, commanding cover stories in the NY Times, exhibiting and shooting internationally....and they deserve your attention. A number of them have recently published beautifully crafted books featuring important personal projects. Some have designed specific projects just for this fair.  Signed copies of these highly collectible books will be available for purchase by savvy Atlanta collectors this weekend. DO NOT MISS OUT!!

A list of artists and available books can be found here.

Some of our favorite publishers will also feature books by the OTW artists including Ain’t BadFall Line PressUGA Press and GA Council for the Arts Press and others.

Book signings will include:
1pm – Joshua Rashaad McFadden Return to Selfhood
2pm – Bill Yates Sweetheart Roller Skating Rink

A keynote lecture by Doug Dubois, visiting from Syracuse, NY is sure to be a highlight. His new book, My Last Day at Seventeen, published by Aperture is a show-stopper in my opinion.  Highlighting the life of a group of Irish teenagers over a five year period.

Please come support these talented artists, buy some books and hopefully find some photographs that you need to add to your collection. Mary Stanley Studio staff will be helping the artists man the booth and taking orders for your collecting needs. Hope you will come out in support and spread the word to your friends.
